These terms of use govern access to the Arkhoni site, the member area, the order forms, the published content and the features associated with the automated analysis service.

1Purpose
Arkhoni provides an information site, a blog, a member area and ordering tools intended to present and prepare AI-powered local competitive analyses.
2Access to the site and account
- The user must provide accurate information when registering.
- Account access is personal and must not be shared.
- The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.
- The publisher may suspend access in the event of abusive, fraudulent or unlawful use.
3Permitted use
The service must be used lawfully, fairly and in a manner consistent with Arkhoni's purpose. The user undertakes to provide accurate information about their business and address, not to misuse the tools provided and to respect the purpose of the service (local competitive analysis for professional purposes).
4Accounts, credits and referrals
The member area may display loyalty credits, referral links, analysis histories and related documents. Credits can be used in the compatible services of the Astrioni ecosystem, are not convertible into cash and remain subject to the rules displayed on the relevant service's site at the time of their use.
5Service availability
Arkhoni strives to ensure reasonable availability of the site and the member area, without guaranteeing continuous access or the absence of interruptions. Maintenance, testing or upgrade periods may temporarily affect certain features.
6Intellectual property
The site, its structure, its visual identity, its content, its reports, its texts and its graphic elements are protected. Any unauthorised reuse is prohibited.
7Limits of use
The information published on the site, in the blog or in the analyses does not replace legal advice, support from a specialised marketing consultant, or an in-depth human marketing study where the context requires it.
Important: using the site constitutes acceptance of the general operation of the service, but confirming a Premium order (billed analysis) must be accompanied by specific acceptance of the terms of sale.
8Changes to these terms
These terms of use may be updated to reflect changes in the service, its features or the applicable regulatory framework.
