Astrioni ecosystem beta tester charter

1Purpose & ecosystem

Astrioni is a European ecosystem of 100% AI services dedicated to freelancers, sole traders and small businesses. Before each service opens commercially (Arkhoni, Athenori, and those to follow), a beta programme lets selected users test the first analyses or audits free of charge in exchange for structured feedback.

This charter is common to all the hub's sites. By applying on any of the sites, you accept the rules below.

2Eligibility

• Have a real business to analyse (registered company, website or online presence depending on the service).
• Fully complete your legal file (VAT, company name, address, verified website) before using the complimentary services.
• Applications are reviewed within 2 working days; selection remains at the publisher's discretion.

33-step journey

The programme is sequential: each step only unlocks after manual validation of your feedback by the team.

1. Your legal details, you complete your file in the admin menu.
2. Free test, the service's first complimentary offering (e.g. Local Flash Analysis on Arkhoni, Flash Performance Audit on Athenori), followed by a first feedback.
3. Complimentary advanced offering, unlocked after validation, followed by a second feedback.

414-day feedback commitment

You undertake to submit your structured feedback within 14 days of the delivery of each offering, via the dedicated form in your member area. This feedback conditions progression to the next step and any credit bonus.

5Data anonymisation

Your feedback may be used in anonymised form to improve the service. Identifying publication (first name and city, for example) only takes place with your express consent. Your test results are stored in your member area and may serve as a "before / after" baseline for your subsequent offerings.

6Single account

Only one beta account is allowed per person or per company. Creating multiple accounts to multiply the benefits leads to exclusion from the programme and cancellation of the credits.

7Beta benefits

• The journey's offerings free of charge (value indicated on each site).
• Loyalty credits: €5 offered when you join the programme and €5 per validated referral, transferable to an Astrioni member account if you upgrade to a pro account.
• "Founding member" status and privileged support.
• Previews of the ecosystem's upcoming services.

8Good conduct

The complimentary offerings are intended for fair, professional use. The following are excluded in particular: automated mass extraction, resale of reports, any attempt to compromise the security of the service, or manifestly abusive use of the benefits.

9End of programme

The beta programme is time-limited and specific to each service. At its end, this page may be removed and access switched to the commercial offering. The publisher may amend the charter with reasonable notice, without retroactive effect on benefits already acquired.
